Cleveland's really a large city and Cuyahoga County alone has over 50 municipalities. it's a city in major transition with Ford planning to leave and facing the rustbelt lock out of jobs all over the northern Midwesr. But because real estate prices have cime down so much in the past few years, now may be the time to snap up some good bargains, "Flipping" season's over, folks. The beautiful Rocky River Reservation runs through part of this town.It's a beautiful rocky river (naturally) that has lots of shale outcroppings and beautiful thick trees. There are many hiking trails through this area and it's a welcome retreat for people who want to refresh their spirits in a bit of wild nature.

Small townhouses/coops can be purchased, incredibly, for well under $100,000. I found a 2-bed, 2-bath home for sale for just $168,900 with 1,260 sq. ft.
